ORelay is made by a small team, so when you reach out, you’re talking to the people who make it. Email us, or call if you’d rather talk:
We answer the phone Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Arizona time. Arizona doesn’t change its clocks, so that’s UTC−7 all year. We read email as it comes in.
We’ll never call you out of the blue about your computer, or ask for your password or a share code. If someone does, it isn’t us. If we ever need to warn you about a security problem, the email will come from an address ending in @orelay.io, and it won’t ask for either one.
Report a security issue
Please tell us privately first: email our security team, and we’ll work with you on a fix. What we promise in return, and what we ask of you, is in our disclosure policy.
Your account and data
You can delete your account yourself: on the Account page of the web viewer, in Settings in the Android app, or on the Account screen of the iPhone app.
To see what we have about you, get a copy of it, or have your account deleted if you can’t sign in, send us a privacy request from your account’s email address. The link fills in the subject and the questions for you.
