Good to know

  • Every plan keeps every security feature: passkeys, two-step sign-in, the activity log and the switches at the computer. Safety isn’t an upgrade.
  • “Unlimited” means fair use.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars. You may see them in your own currency at checkout, and tax is added where it applies.
  • Pro and MSP can be paid monthly or yearly. Cancel any time.

Questions

What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing you already have stops working. You just can’t add more people or computers until you upgrade, or remove some.
What happens if I cancel, or a payment fails?
Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. After that, or 14 days after a payment fails, your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted: what Free leaves out, such as scheduled tasks and webhook alerts, pauses until you choose a paid plan again, and you can’t add people or computers beyond Free’s limits.
Can I pay in the app?
No. Plans are bought on the web, at viewer.orelay.io. The Android app and the iPhone app are free, and work with any plan.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t refund a period you’ve partly used, except where the law requires it. If you’re buying for yourself in the EU, the UK or somewhere with a similar law, you can change your mind within 14 days of buying, and we’ll refund the part of the period you haven’t used: email us to do it. The details are in our terms of service.
